HMS Port Napier
And don't miss out on your chance to explore the amazing World War II shipwreck, HMS Port Napier, a 500 foot minelayer, voted one of the best dive experiences in Britain. Hear the exciting story of how she met her end and see the incredible changes that nearly sixty years beneath the waves have wrought!

All trips are in the company of our experienced and helpful crew and include a visit to see the protected seal and bird colonies on Seal Island. Porpoises and otters, too, are frequently sighted.

About the trips

Frequent cruises depart daily from the pier at Kyle of Lochalsh, Ross-shire. Facilities are excellent with ample parking, telephones, toilets, tourist office, restaurants, shops - and a pontoon for complete ease of access.

Due to the Seaprobe's sheltered design and Kyle's favourable location the weather usually has no effect either on cruise times or the cruises themselves.

Options include half hour trips to explore underwater and see seals, otters, and other wildlife; one and a half hour trips that also include viewing the World War II shipwreck, HMS Port Napier; and two and a half hour trips which explore further through the spectacular scenery of South Skye and Wester Ross, as we go to see the porpoises, in addition to everything else.
